Direct geleverde digitale inhoud

RevEV is digitale inhoud die direct na betaling wordt geleverd. Bij het afrekenen ga je er uitdrukkelijk mee akkoord dat de levering begint voordat de herroepingstermijn van 14 dagen is verstreken en erken je dat je daarmee je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de inhoud is geleverd (art. 16 sub m Richtlijn 2011/83/EU; art. 38 lid 1 punt 13 van de Poolse wet op consumentenrechten). We bevestigen deze toestemming in de bestelmail.

Als het niet werkt

Werkt RevEV in je auto niet zoals beschreven, mail dan binnen 14 dagen naar contact@revev.app met je code. We helpen je of betalen je terug. Dit laat je wettelijke rechten bij niet-conforme digitale inhoud onverlet.

Toestemmingstekst bij het afrekenen

Ik wil de digitale inhoud direct ontvangen en begrijp dat ik mijn herroepingsrecht verlies zodra die geleverd is.

Withdrawal and refunds

Digital content supplied immediately

RevEV is digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly agree that delivery starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the content is supplied (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 13 Polish Consumer Rights Act). We confirm this consent in the order email.

If it doesn't work

If RevEV does not work in your car as described, write to contact@revev.app within 14 days with your code. We will help or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights for non-conforming digital content.

Odstąpienie i zwroty

Treść cyfrowa dostarczana od razu

RevEV to treść cyfrowa dostarczana niezwłocznie po płatności. Przy zakupie wyrażasz wyraźną zgodę na rozpoczęcie dostarczania przed upływem 14-dniowego terminu odstąpienia i przyjmujesz do wiadomości, że tracisz prawo odstąpienia po dostarczeniu (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta). Potwierdzamy tę zgodę w e-mailu z zamówieniem.

Jeśli nie działa

Jeśli RevEV nie działa w Twoim aucie zgodnie z opisem, napisz na contact@revev.app w ciągu 14 dni, podając kod. Pomożemy albo zwrócimy pieniądze. Nie wpływa to na ustawowe uprawnienia dotyczące niezgodności treści cyfrowych z umową.

Treść zgody przy zakupie

Chcę natychmiastowej dostawy treści cyfrowej i rozumiem, że po jej dostarczeniu tracę prawo odstąpienia od umowy.
