Wat we niet verzamelen

We verzamelen je locatie niet. GPS wordt alleen lokaal in de browser van je auto gebruikt om snelheid en richting voor het geluid te berekenen. Coördinaten worden nooit naar onze servers gestuurd.

Wat we verwerken

• Apparaat-ID (willekeurige ID die in je browser wordt aangemaakt) en koppeling van de licentie, om je licentie te ontgrendelen en te behouden (art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG, overeenkomst).
• Bestelgegevens: e-mailadres, land, bedrag, Stripe-betalingsreferentie (overeenkomst; fiscale en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen, art. 6 lid 1 sub c). We bewaren een hash van je e-mailadres, geen kaartgegevens. Kaartgegevens worden alleen door Stripe verwerkt.
• E-mail met je code, verstuurd via Resend (overeenkomst).
• Beveiligingslogs: gehashte IP-adressen voor het beperken van verzoeken en fraudepreventie, tot 30 dagen bewaard (gerechtvaardigd belang, art. 6 lid 1 sub f).
• Optionele diagnoselogs: alleen als je de ontwikkelaarsmodus aanzet en toestemming geeft. Snelheid, toerental, versnelling, geluidsinstellingen, browsermodel, apparaat-ID; nooit je locatie. Tot 30 dagen bewaard. Je kunt je toestemming altijd intrekken in de app (art. 6 lid 1 sub a).

Websitestatistieken

Op de website (homepage, aankooppagina’s en deze juridische pagina’s) gebruiken we Cloudflare Web Analytics. Het plaatst geen cookies, volgt je niet over websites heen en geeft ons alleen totalen, zoals paginaweergaven. Daarnaast houden we anonieme dagelijkse tellingen bij van de aankoopstappen (bijvoorbeeld ‘QR-code getoond’, ‘betaling gestart’, ‘aankoop voltooid’) met alleen de datum, taal, het globale automodel en het land. Cloudflare leidt het land af uit de verbinding; het IP-adres slaan we niet op. De tellingen bevatten geen IP-adres, geen apparaat- of bestel-ID en geen cookie, en zijn niet aan jou te koppelen. Vanuit de auto (app en ontgrendelscherm) ontvangen we niets anders dan deze anonieme tellingen, de hierboven beschreven licentiegegevens en, alleen als je ze inschakelt, diagnoselogs; nooit je locatie. Rechtsgrond: ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij het verbeteren van de dienst (art. 6 lid 1 sub f).

Verwerkers

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (betalingen), Resend (e-mail). Doorgiften buiten de EER zijn gebaseerd op modelcontractbepalingen / het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.

Bewaartermijn

Bestel- en factuurgegevens: zoals de belastingwet vereist (5 jaar na het einde van het belastingjaar). Licentiegegevens: zolang de licentie bestaat. Logs: tot 30 dagen.

Jouw rechten

Inzage, rectificatie, wissing, beperking, overdraagbaarheid, bezwaar, intrekking van toestemming. Mail naar contact@revev.app. Je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Poolse toezichthouder (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl) of je eigen toezichthouder.

Lokale opslag

De app slaat instellingen, taal, licentietoken en apparaat-ID op in de lokale opslag van je browser. Die zijn nodig voor de dienst. We gebruiken geen advertentie- of trackingcookies.

What we don't collect

We don't collect your location. GPS is used only locally in your car's browser to compute speed and direction for the sound. Coordinates are never sent to our servers.

What we process

• Device identifier (random ID created in your browser) and licence binding, to unlock and keep your licence (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract).
• Order data: email address, country, amount, Stripe payment reference (contract; tax and accounting obligations, Art. 6(1)(c)). We store a hash of your email, not card data. Card data is handled only by Stripe.
• Email with your code, sent via Resend (contract).
• Security logs: hashed IP addresses for rate limiting and fraud prevention, kept up to 30 days (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Optional diagnostic logs: only if you turn on Developer mode and agree. Speed, rpm, gear, sound settings, browser model, device ID; never location. Kept up to 30 days. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Website statistics

On the website (home page, purchase pages and these legal pages) we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and gives us only aggregate figures such as page views. We also keep anonymous daily counts of purchase steps (for example “QR code shown”, “payment started”, “purchase completed”) with only the date, language, general car model and country. Cloudflare derives the country from the connection; we do not store the IP address. The counts contain no IP address, no device or order ID and no cookie, and cannot be linked to you. From the car (app and unlock screen) we receive nothing beyond these anonymous counts, the licence data described above and, only if you turn them on, diagnostic logs; never your location. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments), Resend (email). Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Order and invoice data: as required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year). Licence data: as long as the licence exists. Logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Write to contact@revev.app. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or your local authority.

Local storage

The app stores settings, language, licence token and device ID in your browser's local storage. These are needed for the service. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Czego nie zbieramy

Nie zbieramy Twojej lokalizacji. GPS działa tylko lokalnie w przeglądarce auta, do wyliczenia prędkości i kierunku na potrzeby dźwięku. Współrzędne nigdy nie trafiają na nasze serwery.

Co przetwarzamy

• Identyfikator urządzenia (losowy, tworzony w przeglądarce) i powiązanie licencji, by odblokować i utrzymać licencję (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
• Dane zamówienia: e-mail, kraj, kwota, numer płatności Stripe (umowa; obowiązki podatkowe, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c). Przechowujemy skrót (hash) e-maila, nie dane karty. Dane karty obsługuje wyłącznie Stripe.
• E-mail z kodem, wysyłany przez Resend (umowa).
• Logi bezpieczeństwa: zahashowane adresy IP do limitów zapytań i ochrony przed nadużyciami, do 30 dni (uzasadniony interes, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f).
• Opcjonalne logi diagnostyczne: tylko po włączeniu trybu dewelopera i wyrażeniu zgody. Prędkość, obroty, bieg, ustawienia dźwięku, model przeglądarki, ID urządzenia; nigdy lokalizacja. Do 30 dni. Zgodę możesz wycofać w aplikacji (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a).

Statystyki strony

Na stronie (strona główna, strony zakupu i te strony prawne) używamy Cloudflare Web Analytics. Narzędzie nie zapisuje plików cookie, nie śledzi Cię między witrynami i daje nam wyłącznie dane zbiorcze, np. liczbę wyświetleń. Prowadzimy też anonimowe, dzienne liczniki etapów zakupu (np. „pokazano kod QR”, „rozpoczęto płatność”, „zakup zakończony”), zawierające tylko datę, język, ogólny model auta i kraj. Kraj ustala Cloudflare na podstawie połączenia; adresu IP nie zapisujemy. Liczniki nie zawierają adresu IP, identyfikatora urządzenia ani zamówienia, ani plików cookie i nie da się ich powiązać z Tobą. Z auta (aplikacja i ekran odblokowania) nie otrzymujemy nic poza tymi anonimowymi licznikami, opisanymi wyżej danymi licencji oraz – tylko jeśli je włączysz – logami diagnostycznymi; nigdy Twojej lokalizacji. Podstawa prawna: nasz uzasadniony interes w ulepszaniu usługi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f).

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, baza), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (płatności), Resend (e-mail). Przekazanie poza EOG na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych / EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Okres przechowywania

Dane zamówień: zgodnie z prawem podatkowym (5 lat od końca roku podatkowego). Dane licencji: póki istnieje licencja. Logi: do 30 dni.

Twoje prawa

Dostęp, sprostowanie, usunięcie, ograniczenie, przenoszenie, sprzeciw, wycofanie zgody. Pisz na contact@revev.app. Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa UODO (uodo.gov.pl).

Pamięć lokalna

Aplikacja zapisuje w przeglądarce ustawienia, język, token licencji i ID urządzenia. Są niezbędne do działania. Nie używamy plików cookie reklamowych ani śledzących.
